TLC cast member from "THE SISTERHOOD" Indicted for Forgery

Chile now this is just a travesty and Twenty shames, First let the Church say amen for her Edges, and Bless her heart for this lovely mugshot. So please sit down and make sure you have your prayer cloth to put on your legs because this Cranapple TEA flavored WINE that I am about to pour is going to give you the best Gag you have ever had. So it goes a little something like this,A reality television star from Lawrenceville who claimed to tutor low-income students was indicted last week on allegations of forgery, prosecutors said.

A Fulton County grand jury charged Domonique Scott, one of the stars of TLC’s “The Sisterhood,” with first-degree forgery and three counts of giving false statements, authorities said. “The Sisterhood,” which debuted in January, followed the wives of five metro Atlanta preachers. She and her husband lost their church, The Good Life Ministry, after falling on hard times.

Prosecutors said Tuesday that Scott submitted bogus documents purporting false assets and liabilities related to the ownership of a tutoring company that allegedly only existed on paper in an attempt to qualify for the federal Supplemental Education Services tutoring program.
Scott sent to the state Department of Education a false balance sheet, a false statement of net income, a program summary showing a false start date for her company and a forged letter from a fictitious bank representing a non-existent cash line of credit, prosecutors said.
Scott’s company was hired to tutor students in DeKalb, Clayton, Bibb, Richmond and Muscogee counties as a result of the fraudulent documents, prosecutors said.

The federal program eventually dropped Scott’s company, prosecutors said.

If convicted, she faces up to 25 years in prison and fines of up to $400,000, Chile well I know she will not be getting money from her church to pay this healthy amount. Well I guess we will see what happens with this foolery.  If you think this is funny look at the premier of the show “THE SISTERHOOD”;postID=1761239232844643341;onPublishedMenu=allposts;onClosedMenu=allposts;postNum=3;src=postname   Fly GossipGuyTHE SHADE IS REAL

News Update. Joe Giudice face Deportation

Things aren’t looking good right now for Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, who were served with a 39-count indictment on July 29 for various fraud-related charges like making false statements on loan applications and bank fraud. The couple was able to go free today following a hearing where they each posted $500k bond, but if Joe is convicted of certain crimes, he may be removed from the United States and sent back to his native Italy.

Despite being married to Teresa for 12 years, Joe never bothered to become an American citizen, something that may have been fine before, but could have terrible consequences for him now that he is facing various fraud and tax evasion charges.
Harlan York, a New Jersey-based immigration attorney tells Wetpaint Entertainment exclusively that while it’s “too early to predict what could happen down the line,” deportation is a definite possibility for Joe.
“Permanent residents can be subject to removal from the U.S. based on certain types of crimes,” he says.
Still, Joe isn’t quite ready to be sent back to Italy just yet. He and Teresa are scheduled to be arraigned on August 14, and a trial date is expected to be announced at that time. Removal from the U.S. only becomes an issue if Joe is convicted following the trial.
“All good criminal defense attorneys will make certain they consult with a qualified immigration on any and all outcomes from a criminal court. I’m sure that will be the case here,” Harlan told us.
Do you think it’s likely that Joe will be forced to move back to Italy? Tell us your thoughts below!

RHONJ stars were Indicted of Federal Fraud Charges, its looking like 50 years in prison

Well, Well, Well it looks like Teresa and Husband Juicy Joe have really hit a road block in their life. It saddens me to see this unfold on national tv, but I tell people all the time you can’t do a lot of bad things and then treat people like they don’t matter. Chile cause KARMA is a real BITCH and she come back around the same day if she have too. I hope you have your coffee mug because you are going to have to do some traveling with this HOT Peppermint Tea I am about to spill. Before I spill this Tea all over the place, is it me or is it everytime something hts the fan its from BRAVO. Chile if all of you good people know like I know you better run cause Bravo is going to be the death of a lot of people. I mean really…

Teresa Giudice, 41, and her husband, Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, 43, were accused of exaggerating their income while applying for loans before their TV show debuted in 2009 — then hiding how well they were doing in a bankruptcy filing after their first season aired.

The combustible couple, who live in Montville Township, were charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Each faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted of all charges.
“Everyone has an obligation to tell the truth when dealing with the courts, paying their taxes and applying for loans or mortgages,” U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said. “That’s reality.”

Teresa Giudice, who is one of the five titular housewives whose lavish lifestyles and crass behavior are chronicled in a series now in its fifth season, released a statement through her lawyer soon after the news broke.
“Today is a most difficult day for our family,” she said. “I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me. I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the Government as quickly as possible.”
There was no immediate comment from Bravo about the plight of the Jersey girl and the couple’s lawyers — each has their own — did not return phone calls for comment.

But expect cameras aplenty when the Giudice’s appear inb federal court in Newark Tuesday to face the music.
According to the indictment, they submitted fraudulent mortgage and other loan applications from 2001 through 2008, a year before their show made its debut on Bravo.

Teresa Giudice has not been shy about her preference for living a lavish lifestyle.

“The indictment returned today alleges the Giudices lied to the bankruptcy court, to the IRS and to a number of banks,” Fishman said.
Joe Giudice failed to file tax returns for the years 2004 through 2008, when he is alleged to have earned nearly $1 million.
And when his wife filed for a mortgage loan of $121,000 in 2001, she falsely claimed she worked as an executive assistant, submitted fake W-2 forms and fake paystubs as part of the ruse, the indictment said.
In their October 2009 petition for bankruptcy protection, the couple concealed businesses they owned, rental income they received, and Teresa Giudice’s true income from the “Real Housewives,” the indictment states.
Teresa Giudice’s troubles aren’t likely to cause any of her caustic castmates to shed any tears.
Manipulative and loud, she has become the villain of the quintet — a group that included at one point sisters Dina and Caroline Manzo, whose father-in-law, Albert (Tiny) Manzo was executed mob style in August 1983.

Well Teresa and Juicy Joe I really hope the both of you get it together, because those girls really need their parents. I bet that Melissa  and Joe is shaking in their bones because I heard through grapevine that they were not squeaky clean either.
